Products, categories, shop settings, sales, and other operational records primarily live in a database on the iPad. The app is not a banking service and does not automatically verify bank transfers.
Know where data goes
Backups are JSON files that you explicitly export, not cloud sync. When you export or share, Apple’s system interface lets you choose an external destination.
Prepare before the first live sale
Set an owner PIN, rehearse payment steps with sample data, check product prices, and plan how to protect exported backups before using real transactions.
